“ If you love Turkish cuisine or you’re just ready to try something new, Mustafa’s in downtown Salisbury, NC is the place for you. The food is absolutely delicious (and homemade). The service is reasonably fast and friendly. It is made to order, so do expect at least ten to fifteen minutes to pass before you get your food. It is a small place, but has several four-top tables inside with a couple outside. They also have a couple of larger tables inside for smaller groups. You order and pay, then sit and they bring it out. The staff are ready to answer any questions and take your reasonable requests. The owner is super super nice if you get the chance to meet him between his stints in the kitchen. The lamb skewers are heavenly and the hummus is just plain yummy. It’s quiet and relaxing. I will be back! ”

“ My wife and I came here a few days past and had an amazing experience. It’s a very cozy spot here in downtown Salisbury. Our lamb and chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice and hummus were exquisite. Just as a side story as well, you won’t find better customer service and kindness anywhere. I happened to leave my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t notice until an hour or so later as we were leaving our shopping trip. We came back by the restaurant barely before closing and the owner was ready and waiting with it. They had even tried to drive it back to my house while I was out. This place has great food and great people. I’ll be back a hundred more times and I hope everyone else in the area goes to check it out!! ”

I had the sarma (stuffed grape leaves) and vegetable lahmacun. The customer service was above and beyond, very warm and genuine. I will definitely be going back. ”
